We’ll take you wherever you need to go: meetings, the station, the airport. For when you don’t feel like driving or hunting for parking in the city centre.

Guided visits to the Vatican Museums, St Peter’s and Rome’s most beautiful sights: we organise them for you, tailored to the two of you.
Whenever I have work in Rome, I book here now. Parking right outside, which in Rome is no small thing, a café downstairs for my morning coffee, and the Wi-Fi copes fine with video calls. The team is always reachable, even in the evening.
I come to Rome a couple of times a month to work at the European Hospital. I land at Fiumicino airport and I’m here in no time, and the hospital is really close. Clean, quiet apartment, and you sleep well. Recommended.
I stayed a month for a research project at Roma Tre University. Having a washing machine and a kitchenette made all the difference. When I had a couple of issues, they got back to me straight away.
On the street, in the paid bays marked with blue lines, when you can find a space: this is Trastevere, so it isn’t always quick. The easy alternative is one of the paid garages a few metres from the building.
No, and in a townhouse from 1688 there’s no way to fit one. The apartment is on the top floor, so there are stairs: it’s the price of sleeping in the real Rome, with a rooftop terrace instead of a lift. We carry your luggage up for you, so that’s not a problem. But if stairs are an obstacle for you, we’d rather tell you upfront: this isn’t the right place for you, and we’ll gladly suggest another property in the collection.
Just hop on tram 8: the stop is 100 metres away and it takes you straight into the centre, with no changes.
The rate covers the property, all utilities, bed linen and towels, changed every two days. Final cleaning is already included in the price and no security deposit is required. For longer stays you can arrange extra cleaning or linen changes separately, with a dedicated quote.
Just a few metres from the building you’ll find cafés, a tabaccheria (the tobacconist’s where Romans buy bus tickets), restaurants and a supermarket. If you like, we’ll tell you where to go.
Not all of them. The rooftop terrace belongs to the Suite, which has its own direct, private access. If you book the entire apartment, though, the terrace is yours, along with everything else.
Check-in is from 3 pm. Check-out is by 10 am. Early check-in or late check-out is possible only on request and subject to availability, and always comes with an extra charge.
Booking and cancellation terms can vary depending on the rate plan you choose, so please check them carefully when booking, once you’ve selected your dates, room and rate plan. If you have any questions, you can always contact us using the details below.
