Where do I park, and how much does it cost?
Right below the building, on a private road: no pay-and-display, no fees, nothing to pay.
How do I get to the city centre?
A short walk away, on Via del Casaletto, there are bus stops for buses heading down to Trastevere; from there, tram 8 takes you to Piazza Venezia, right in the heart of Rome. By car the centre is about 20 minutes away, and Trastevere railway station just over 3 km.
What does the rate include?
The rate covers the apartment, all utilities, bed linen and towels. Final cleaning is already included and no security deposit is required. For longer stays you can arrange extra cleaning or linen changes separately, with a tailored quote.
Are there cafés and restaurants nearby?
Just steps from the building you’ll find cafés, a tobacconist (handy for bus tickets), restaurants and a supermarket. If you like, we’ll tell you where to go.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 3 pm, check-out by 10 am. Early check-in or late check-out is possible only on request and subject to availability, for an extra charge.
What is the cancellation policy?
