Flying from Rome Fiumicino?
Two brand-new apartments just 2 km from Rome Fiumicino Airport (FCO): kitchen, bathroom, terrace, private parking and 24-hour check-in. Step outside and a restaurant, newsagent, pharmacy and bank are only metres away.

The flight is short, but getting on the plane takes half a day: first you have to get round Rome’s ring road and hope there’s no traffic, accident or roadworks, then spend hours more at the terminal on security, bag drop and boarding. You’re worn out before you’ve even taken off.
Here, forget all of that:
the airport is just 2 km away.
Sleep in until the last minute and be at the terminal within minutes, fresh and rested.
Whether your flight has been cancelled at the last minute, you’re stuck with an endless layover or your work means sleeping near the airport every night, we have the right option for you: a few hours, one night or as long as you need.

Torripa Collection
The privacy and space of a place all your own. The service of a hotel.
Every Torripa Collection property shares the same standards. We welcome you in person when you arrive. We look after every room down to the smallest detail. We clean every day. And we’re there for you before and during your stay. No front desk, no fixed hours, no one under your feet: behind the scenes, a team of hospitality professionals makes sure your stay is completely carefree.
Bedroom with a double bed, living room with sofa bed and kitchen, private bathroom and a large terrace. There’s a second, identical apartment in the same building: if you’re travelling as a crew or a group of up to 8, everyone gets their own.

We’ll drive you to the airport, or wherever you need to go before your flight: no driving, no parking to worry about.

A few hours to spare before your flight? We organise tours and experiences to discover Rome and get you back in time to board.
Whenever I have work in Rome, I book here now. Parking right outside, which is no small thing around Rome, a café downstairs for my morning coffee, and the Wi-Fi copes fine with video calls. The team is always reachable, even in the evening.
I come to Rome a couple of times a month to work at the European Hospital. I land at Fiumicino and I’m here in no time, and the hospital is close by. Clean, quiet apartment, you sleep well. I recommend it.
I stayed a month for a research project at Roma Tre University. Having a washing machine and kitchenette made all the difference. When I had a couple of issues, they got back to me straight away.
Right below the building, on a private road: no pay-and-display, nothing to pay.
The easiest way is the train. From the airport station, a few minutes from here, the non-stop Leonardo Express reaches Roma Termini, Rome’s main station, in 32 minutes. Alternatively, the FL1 regional line stops at Trastevere, Ostiense and Tiburtina. There’s also a COTRAL regional bus stop 100 metres from the building.
The price covers the apartment, all utilities, bed linen and towels. Final cleaning is already included and no security deposit is required. For long stays you can arrange extra cleaning or linen changes separately, with a dedicated quote.
Just metres from the building you’ll find cafés, a newsagent, restaurants and a supermarket. Just ask and we’ll tell you where to go.
Check-in is from 3 pm, check-out by 10 am. Early check-in or late check-out is possible on request, subject to availability and for an extra charge.
Booking and cancellation terms depend on the rate you choose, so please check them carefully when booking, once you’ve selected your dates, apartment and rate. If you have any questions, you can always reach us using the contact details below.
