Simply perfect

Can I walk to the lake?
The villa sits at the very top of Montefiascone: the lake is right in front of you, but it’s about 6 km away, so we recommend driving down (10 minutes). The old town, with its cafés and restaurants, is just a short walk away.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 2 pm, check-out by 10:30 am. We meet you in person and hand you the keys; if you need different times, message us and we’ll do our best to arrange it.
Are pets allowed?
Yes. Small pets (up to 10 kg) are welcome for a supplement of €10 per night, however many you bring. Even with the best-behaved dogs, after every stay we take down and wash the curtains and bedspreads and deep-clean the room: we want the next guest, with or without pets, to find a hypoallergenic, hair-free, spotless room. That’s all the supplement covers.
Is breakfast included?
No, but you won’t miss out: the kitchen has everything you need to make it just the way you like, and there are cafés and pastry shops in town a few minutes away.
Is there parking?
Yes. There’s free street parking right outside the villa, and finding a space is easy. We’re just outside the old town walls: easy to reach by car and, once you’re here, easy to get around on foot.
Is the villa accessible for guests with reduced mobility?
The villa is spread over several levels, reached by stairs, with no lift. If you have limited mobility, please message us before booking and we’ll work out the best solution together.
